Party Rental Policy and Information |

We are here to help you! Please call for assistance in all your party planning needs. BSE Rents has been serving the South central California area for over 50 years Prices and Policies are subject to change without notice. Many items are not available at all locations. The rental rates shown in this handout are based on a one day use. We allow you a day to set up, a use day, and a day to return. Longer use periods can be arranged, at an additional charge. All rentals are subject to terms and conditions of agreement.
If you desire to rent an item that is not listed, please call us. We are constantly updating our inventory and may have what you are looking for. Deposits and ReservationsCash rentals require a 150% deposit. The deposit must be paid for in its entirety before delivery or pickup by customer. The deposit less rental amount will be refunded after equipment has been checked in and accounted for. To change your orders, we ask for a minimum of 72 hours advance notice. Canopies must be reserved a minimum of 14 days in advance. We accept most credit cards, checks and cash.
Delivery and PickupDelivery and pickup are available at reasonable rates. Deliveries are made to a loading dock, door, or garage that is immediately accessible to our trucks. Supplemental charges will apply to all deliveries involving stairs, elevators, and excessive distances from our trucks. Our standard delivery time is between 8 am and 4 pm Monday through Friday. All deliveries must be signed for by the responsible party upon arrival. Equipment must be re-stacked and ready for pickup in the same spot they were dropped off. Set up and breakdown service is available at addition cost and pre-arrangement. Our drivers are not authorized under any circumstances to move a client’s personal property.
Damaged and Missing ItemsThe customer assumes full responsibility for the equipment while in their possession and should take all precautions to protect the equipment, especially in the case of inclement weather. The customer will be charged for replacement or repair cost for all missing, broken, or damaged items. The customer is responsible to verify all counts as they will be charged for missing items. Our counts are considered final.
Unused Equipment or Linens No Credit can be given for unused items. To maintain our high-standard condition of rental equipment, any item that leaves our store is considered used and must be inspected, sanitized and serviced before it can be rented again.
CleaningAll glass, china, silverware, and food service equipment must be rinsed or wiped cleaned and returned to their original containers. A 50% ($10 min) cleaning fee will be charged to all items returned dirty. A separate charge of $25 will be charged for any BBQ or concession equipment not cleaned upon return. A charge of $0.05 per staple will be charged to remove any staples from our tables.
LinensAll linens will be inspected for damage upon return. The customer will be charged replacement cost for missing linens and damage such as burns, tears, candle wax, and non-removable stains. Please place linen orders a minimum of 14 days before your event. All non-stock linens must be paid for in full at time of reservation.
